Ground-up commercial work is won or lost underground. Before the slab is poured we set the conduit runs, the feeders and the site distribution, because once concrete is down every mistake costs a saw and a week. From there we carry the same crew through rough-in and trim, so nobody inherits somebody else's shortcuts.
A restaurant is a dense electrical box: hood systems, walk-ins, fryers, POS, signage and life safety all landing in a small footprint on a fixed opening date. We have run this package on new McDonald's locations from bare dirt, which means we already know what the equipment schedule will ask for before it arrives on site.
